Chef Lulu Cox is originally from Bethesda, MD, but moved to Colorado 15 years ago to start her professional career in the culinary arts. She graduated with honors from Johnson and Wales with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts after attending University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in sociology and business.  

Before starting Amuse Bouche, she worked in a number of high end restaurants and catering companies including Lulu Wilsons, Aspen, CO; Conundrum Catering, Aspen, CO;  Tosca, Washington DC (Top 10 Italian Restaurants); La Tour, Vail, CO;  Moving Mountains Catering CO, Steamboat Springs, CO and Sweet Pea's Organic Farm to Table Cafe, Steamboat Springs, CO
